History with Flavor
Between schist terraces and the vigorous silence of the Douro Superior, stands Quinta Vale D’Anelha, a place where land and time meet in harmony. Located in the parish of Almendra, in the municipality of Vila Nova de Foz Côa, this property is more than a setting of natural beauty, it is a fertile territory of knowledge, sustainable practices and agricultural passion.
Since 2018, the Farm has been dedicated to the organic production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Almonds, respecting the cycles of nature and preserving the authenticity of the fruit. The centuries-old olive trees and carefully selected almond trees live side by side with the history of the region, in an environment where tradition and innovation coexist.
Each harvest follows manual and traditional processes, with cold extraction in the case of the olive oil, guaranteeing freshness, purity and incomparable flavor. Quality has been recognized over the years with several national and international awards, positioning Quinta Vale D’Anelha as a brand of excellence.
Where agriculture is done with conscience.

Every drop of olive oil and every almond tells a story of dedication and respect for the land.

The Guardian
Fábio Filipe Almeida Guterres, originally from Ferreirim (Sernancelhe), is the face and soul of Quinta Vale D’Anelha. With a degree in Topographic Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda, he brings with him a technical vision combined with a deep respect for rural life and the land where he grew up.
In 2018, driven by the desire to create a sustainable and authentic project, he began producing olive oil and almonds organically, investing in an agricultural model that honors the past and respects the future.
Under his leadership, Quinta Vale D’Anelha has become a reference, combining the demand for quality with an emotional connection to the land that generations of his parents and grandparents passed down to him.
